Henan Oumei Green Building Technology Co., Ltd. evolved from Jiangsu August 1st Space-Frame Group Co., Ltd. Founded in 1956 under the PLA General Logistics Department and restructured in 2006, the group is headquartered in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, with its Zhengzhou branch in Zhengshang Harmony Building, Zhengdong New Area, Zhengzhou, Henan.
The company holds Grade-A steel-structure design, Special-grade fabrication, Grade-1 steel-structure and curtain-wall contracting, integrating design, fabrication and construction. It is a national high-tech private enterprise and a provincial R&D center.
The 600-strong workforce includes 85 technical staff—16 Class-1 construction engineers, 5 Class-1 structural engineers, 2 Class-1 architects, 16 senior engineers, 58 engineers and 136 certified welders—85 % hold college-level degrees or above.
Centered on Henan, the Zhengzhou unit also executes projects in Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Shaanxi and Hebei, delivering an annual output value of about RMB 100 million across sports & cultural venues, industrial parks, high-rise offices, municipal bridges, petrochemical facilities, farms, commercial complexes, urban renewal and rural revitalization.
